feeling productive

My kids I think are starting to feel very anxious with school around the corner and they are having such a hard time not fighting with each other so with that they were grounded to the couch with nothing for 3 1/2 hours before dad got home yesterday. It was nice, I know that sounds mean but I got so much done in the process. I finished this skelton doll who I sewed the body parts for 2 months ago but wasn't sure if I really wanted to do him for the show or not. I wasn't sure if he would have the cuteness to sell but I'm glad I did him anyway because he did turn out very cute. And he was so fast. In two hours I had him stuffed painted stained and put together. I should do more. He is from frogs to fairy dust pattern I think. I need to make the cute ribbon for him to hold that says boo. I did him different by just painting his face on instead of stitching felt on. I think I like him alot. I also before my surgery on Tuesday I finished Sleeping Beauty's dress. It was fun but I think the most challanging dress I have done. Kaylee has been drolling all over it. Her crown and necklace was made with foam that was glittered already. It's pretty cool stuff. I think I have wrapped up most of the fall items I'm going to do for the Barn show. It will be running in about a month. I have one more wood pumpkin to paint and I'm ready to go.
